This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath villa is located on the 2nd green of the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. . It is located in a quiet, gated community that includes the Southern Dunes clubhouse, 3 community pools, rec center, fitness center, tennis courts, park, playground, and a small fishing lake. We are located 15-20 minutes from Disney World and close to the other famous Central Florida attractions! Escape from the noise and congestion of the parks and relax in your private villa and pool. You can walk to shopping, banking and dining!
Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is a renowned golf course that is open to the public. It is ranked #6 in Golf Digest's "Best Courses in the State" for 2007-2008. Southern Dunes is one of Orlando's finest golf courses. It is also nationally ranked and has been awarded a 4 ½ Star ranking by Golf Digest and Links' magazine honors it as one of the "Top 10 Courses Built In America 1987-1997."
This luxury villa is spacious and has almost 2,000 sq. feet of living space. It is fully furnished and fully-equipped, air-conditioned throughout, and sleeps up to 10 people. It is perfect for families visiting the Orlando area and is also close to both coasts. We provide high-speed wireless Internet service, so bring your laptop if you need to work while enjoying all the features of this lovely villa

Living Room/Dining Room
The living room/dining room is fully furnished and includes a sofa sleeper, dining table that seats 8, and a bay window with seat. It has tall vaulted ceilings for an open and airy feeling!
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare full meals. It includes a dining table for 6, refrigerator with ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric range with regular and "convection" baking system (it has a ceramic smoothtop cooking surface with 4 cooking elements and a "warming" element!), disposal, and numerous small appliances, and service for 12.
Family Room
The family room is fully furnished and includes a 42" high definition ("HD") flat screen TV with IPOD docking station, cable, DVD player, VCR, stereo, games and movies. When you are not at the pool/patio, have fun with the Nintendo Wii game system, including 2 game discs, 4 Wii remotes & 2 nunchuk remotes. Relax and enjoy the view of the pool, patio, and golf course from the large patio doors!
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
You will enjoy the luxury of 2 master suites with separate baths! These suites are located on the opposite sides of the villa for added privacy. The main master bedroom has a king-size bed, 26” HD flat screen TV, cable & DVD player. It has large patio doors to the pool/deck area (including a covered porch area), and overlooks the golf course. There is also a make-up table with lighted make-up mirror as an added convenience. The main master bath has a vanity with 2 sinks, a separate walk-in shower, large corner tub, and a large walk-in closet. The second master suite has a queen-size bed, 26” HD flat screen TV, cable & DVD player. It has a full separate bath. The 2 additional bedrooms each offer twin beds and each has a 19” HD flat screen TV, cable and DVD player. The 3rd full bath has an added entrance to the deck/pool area.
Heated Pool/Deck
Enjoy your large private pool (12' x 26') overlooking the golf course! The patio has an extended deck (23' x 36') with a covered porch area for the patio dining set (8' x 10'). There are 12 patio chairs/loungers. Swim at night with the in-pool lighting and solar lights around the pool.
Garage This home features a double garage and has a washer and dryer for your convenience. There is also a game area with a foosball table and electronic dart board game
Directions : This villa is located in Haines City, Florida. (I-4 W from Orlando to Exit 55/U.S. 27 South to Haines City; 8 miles south to Southern Dunes)
